Responsibility

Responsibility :
  • Implement employees’ administrative process efficiently, including compensation benefits and employee relations.
  • Providing good service to employees or other departments related to all HR spectrum.
  • Prepare reports periodically to the Head of Personnel Administration Section

Skill Required

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, from any field study program from reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Age between 22 to 27 years old.
  • Good service attitude and interest to do administrative task (such as, employee leave, maintain employee data, etc).
  • Preferably communicative in English & Mandarin (oral or written)
  • Willing to be placed in, Jakarta Barat.
